Development

I announced Rebirth rather modestly:

The product of a night’s worth of work, it adapts a short, macabre poem I submitted to The Gargoyle in March 2014.

I had a bit of a trend at the time of writing and submitting intense, anxious poems.

In the case of Rebirth, I wondered if I could extend the idea, build out the concept from a few short lines into an idea you can live within.

While it’s short (very short!), I feel satisfied with the exploration.
